CRE8, Construction Resource Experts was formed in 2019 by our group of leaders with combined experience in designing residential and commercial structures, to managing the maintenace and renovations of customer assets. Our team brings experience and background in Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, and more importantly, our backbone from retired military and seasoned hard working personnel. Our team, equipped with the necessary equipment and partnered with the right trades, allow CRE8 to be the reliable construction resource company for every project.

Here at CRE8, we have over sixty years of combined experience in the construction industry, where we have seen the struggles, complexities, challenges, as well as the ideas, answers, and solutions to the day to day operations in a construction site from the design phase through the maintenance phase of buildings and homes. Our goal is to offer those resources needed to make your projects successful.

Company Profile.
Our team is led by Joel Guerra, whom has over twenty years of experience in designing and building various types of structures ranging from civil, commercial, and residential structures throughout the state of Texas, as well as managing the acquisition, renovation, and maintenance of luxury homes throughout various destinations around the world. His experience and skills, combined with his studies in Architecture, Construction Management, and continued studies in Facilities Management provide the technical knowledge and experience to lead our team at every step of the project.
We have put together a team of construction experts in general labor, concrete, as well as carpenters to tend to the projects every day needs. In addition to our labor force, we have partnered with trades with the same values to the attention our clients deserve. We also have the equipment on hand, or will get the equipment necessary to make every project successful.
